The latest installment of The Economist Debates Series gets underway today, lasting until January 16. This time, the topic under consideration, as posited by The Economist, is “mass intelligence,” or, is the world “wising up more than it is dumbing down”? Opening comments from the debaters have now been posted.
I might chime in with some comments eventually, although I admit up front that my default setting is decidedly against the “wising up” side of the proposition.
